RKWard is getting a very useful feature: the live preview of files, that previously was limited to HTML documents, can now render any output format, including package vignettes, but also PDF formats like beamer presentations or even custom formats. formats that RKWard can't show itself are offered to be opened in the system defined application.

RKWard application with an opened RMarkdown beamer presentation on two factor authentication and right next to it the rendered PDF preview of the slides.

KDE Plasma is great. GNOME is awesome. Window managers are wonderful. Everything has quirks but I love all these options we have. I can't wait to see where we take them.

just saved my day.
The plumber was at the door ringing the bell, but I couldn't hear it because I was wearing the headphones.
He tried to call me, but my was in another room.
Fortunately the "Missed call from Plumber's Name" notification appeared on my edition notebook and I realized the situation and skyrocketed to the door. He was about to leave... 😮‍💨

back to some videos with and it has improved a lot since I touched it last year!

I'm making coding tutorials for youtube and kdenlive has everything you'd need.
The workflow combined with KDE's Spectacle is very pleasant: screencapture -> import clip -> place and right click transform to compose the view.

The stability improvements are very noticeable as well. I've had some crashes last year but not this time around!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for Kdenlive

KDEnlive is really great! I used it to edit out a lot of “um”, “errr” and “y’know” from the last Matrix Live, and it was very pleasant to use.

After a year and a half of doing very basic editing on iMovie (yup!), @kdenlive is unlocking so many possibilities!

    Support for indoor venue maps has meanwhile landed in 's conference companion app Kongress and support for event-specific MapCSS styles is in review. Support for additional map data for transient/event-specific elements and matching rooms between the map and the schedule still to be done.
