@kde I'll have to look into glaxnimate more, hadn't heard of it last time I was looking at all the FOSS animation tools, which was years before it released so it makes sense.

No but seriously, Plasma's really good and I'm really happy with Plasma 6 so far, it's a satisfactory experience that feels just as good as using late Plasma 4 did back in 2015 or 2016 on Mint.

Getting movies in Pan & Scan is annoyingly hard. I'm just gonna have to buy a bunch of VHS tapes and digitize them, I guess.

Maybe some occasional early "full-screen" DVDs on ebay. Those'd be easier to rip.

@foone The first Garfield live-action movie has a Pan and Scan option when you start it up on at least one DVD release, I know for a fact since that's the one I have.

I just tried to order a pizza and it wanted my credit card expiration date, so I entered "05/28" (example date only)

it then came back with a "your card is expired" error. Uh, no it isn't? that date is still several years in the future.

did... did this site just take my date and assume I mean May of the year AD 28? That is indeed very expired! that's what I get for trying to use Jesus's card.

@foone This is why I'm always grateful when websites say what format to type the year in. Preferably with something that shows the example outside the textbox.
