Linux support is a magnitude harder than Windows/Mac. Even Linus himself complained about that multiple times. If the Linux crowd wants to become serious about the desktop, then everything should be standardized. Userland, boot, APIs, everything. It shouldn't matter which distro the user is running, I should be able to compile once and run my app everywhere.
It is much better to search using ElasticSearch or Sphinx. Grep is super slow, non indexed and can't do natural language full text searches. It's pretty much useless for any real world text search you'd want from OCRed content. And all these better tools are free and open source, so really a no brainer.
The issue with UK services is that they all are fucking random and plenty of sections don't work. There are billions of logins, bugs and sometimes you just get redirected to some bloody nightmare portal from 1990-s. In short, indie games are the games no one is playing. A tiny fraction of indies bring more than $200k, while AA and AAA bring in millions and hundreds of millions.
The idea that we need shitty games with piss poor graphics is just plain wrong. What we need are high res games to enjoy 4K experiences.
Games like Valheim and Rust are not some pixel art games which will run on a 2GB system with an integrated GPU, they're pretty much AA games with an AA level publisher behind them. Yes, there are some real exceptions, like Stardew Valley, but you can count them on your fingers. They don't make even a 1% of Steam catalogue. Thus my point still stands - no one cares about low end games.
The topic is about low end indie games specifically. Thus games, which started as indie, like Valheim or No Man's Sky don't fit the bill. The point is that no one gives a shit about low end games apart from a few niche fans. Everyone likes high end looking games with loads of stuff to do in them.

Android and ChromeOS are more Linux than MacOS and iOS are a FreeBSD. Apple closed the source quite a while ago and they have their own fork which I bet is very far away from the original now.
FreeBSD is licenced under BSD licence, they don't have to do shit and they don't. Windows is also using a lot of BSD code and you'll never see the sources.
You can say the same about every distro. There's literally no difference between Android and Ubuntu from this perspective. Also that's how a lot of code feeds back into the kernel - it gets tested in the wild and if it's good and useful it gets PRd and merged back.
User land is incompatible even between traditional Linux distros and they all do kernel mods to suit their needs, so yeah, Android is as much of a Linux as Ubuntu is.

Ninety is a shortening of "nine ten". Eighty is a shortening of eight ten. Etc. All English numbers follow the same rule. Russian words don't follow such rule. Similar shortenings are only for 50, 60, 70 and 80. 20 and 30 are also shortenings in a similar fashion, but slightly different. But words for 40 and 90 are just completely random and don't follow any rules. The Russian 90 is actually a shortening of "nine hundred". Just like 900 which sounds similar, lol.
