I'm pretty sure that they usually have slogans, which are more or less mottos of what issues they want to focus on.

But I could be wrong.

I checked the websites of the recent presidencies, wikipedia has a nice list: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Presidency_of_the_Council_of_the_European_Union#List_of_rotations

All of them has a detailed program and a custom logo, some of them just highlight the core points from the program, some of them has slogans, all of the slogans are just big meaningless words:

• "Europe, closer" - Spain 2023
• "Together. Resilient. Europe." - Slovenia 2021
• "Together for Europe’s recovery" - Germany 2020
• "A Europe that Connects" - Croatia 2020
