I wonder if #rusticl is mature enough to be enabled by default on a few drivers these days.

I'm still a bit reluctant, but maybe it's fine?

@karolherbst still having some issues with it with the app I help to test... Generally it's a hit or miss every mesa release and I'm not sure if those issues are ONLY from Fedora packaging issues that we talked several times or there are breaking changes every once in while :(

@karolherbst Generally speaking (within one working build) it works well, performance was on par or better than AMD implementation that I've tried. I'm running it by default for about a year now?
