I feel like I can’t speak consciously. Idk but what I mean is while I am explaining something by speaking, words come out without much thought. Unlike in writing i can articulate things pretty well. any ideas on how to improve? I think while writing I have time to think and ….

@s1r1u5_ Have you seen live streamers? They often struggle too despite it being their job. As it is with everything, if you don't practice enough, your confidence in those abilities begin to diminish.

still trying to find a strong argument for that people’s success in high managerial roles(maybe in investments too) is confused with success via skill but mostly it is success via luck
