I love that reviewers HAVE to pick out something bad, and in EVs it's usually the "infotainment system."

The VW ID.4 gets terrible reviews for this, despite roominess, build quality, safety features, decent range, 3 years free charging, and other features not available at the same price elsewhere.

The infotainment system is just not that important. The transition from fossil fuels IS.

If extracting the lithium is more environmentally friendly than dumping the wastewater (or whatever they do with it now) I'm all for this.

But if it's not better for the planet's health, and mainly an excuse to frack more, I'm against it.
