I'm updating our roadmap for our internal CDN which serves www.bbc.co.uk & www.bbc.com to the UK.

Which protocols/edge features/security controls (not website content/features/security controls) would you like to see us add?

Already on the list:

  • IPv6
  • QUIC/h3 (already supported outside UK)
  • Post-Quantum Crypto (maybe, needs research)

I can't make any promises but suggestions would be great
Boosts would be ace, TiA!

Edit: Also 👀 for security/performance/reliability tech

@mattgrayyes Even at size 12 I found it easier to go into shoe shops and ask "What do you have in my size?" rather than "Do you have this style in my size?"

Nowadays I sidestep that problem by wearing weird shoes with toes in them. Not only have I ceased to care what others think about my footwear but going "barefoot" has fixed my flat feet.

The American road system baffles me for many reasons. The main one being:

🔴 Traffic light red:
You can turn right.
There will be no pedestrians crossing. You have right of way.

🟢 Traffic light green:
You can turn right.
There will be pedestrians crossing in front of you. You do not have right of way.

@mattgrayyes The squishability hierarchy in the UK Highway Code (the H clauses) introduced a couple of years ago were not well communicated to road users.

In the UK, only Northern Ireland has a jaywalking law, IIRC.
