(north-east of Spain) After 2 years of insufferable heat and drought, we finally have a nice summer. Still hot and sunny but not too hot, with occasional rain. I haven't even used AC yet this year. I hope this continues

It's been one of the warmest and least rainy summers here in Finland that I can remember. We had some thunderstorms today and for the first time this year my rainwater harvesting IBC tote is filled to the brim. On earlier years it has only taken one rainy day to fill it up but that never came this year untill today.

I meannot really entirely correct. Slovenia does not use mainly german suits. Yes the southeast does often play briškula using the italian suits, but the res of the country uses the french ones. I have never even seen anyone have a deck of german playing cards. In fact I have never even seen such cards in a store anywhere.

I got my education in a rural town of a backwoods region. They had a drive your tractor to school day. A lot of kids took the first day of bow or gun deer hunting off. I also don't think he had a yardstick, this wasn't a math class and so he had no business talking about units of measurement.
