I’ve packed my dot matrix printer and continuous paper, ~10 game boys, and DECT handset.
I’m now sat with the sound of two 3D printers running and a floppy drive formatting one of many disks.
@mattgrayyes@emf Same think here, albeit with less cool gear. I need to still work until Wednesday and then i'm off catching the Eurostar to the UK. Hopefully I can find and charge the DECT before that, and pack some other stuff besides the tent.
@mattgrayyes@emf if you have toot to print now and you've previously done Gameboy camera stuff, do you now have a way to go from Gameboy camera image to dot matrix printout in one go?
Yes both Windows 11 and MacOS 14 can read floppy disks.
iOS can see the disk but not read it (I suspect it can’t do FAT16)
Android can see the disk, and read/format it but only when formatted for 360k (single sided single density iirc)
