The fact is many senior CTI analysts today started off as weebs mainlining off-label anime at 12yo, acquired from private DC++ servers hosting DivX telecine’d by a guy in Philly who worked odd jobs to buy a machine for a format that only existed in Japan for 18 months.

    These megabreaches are just emphasizing security isn’t enough you need to be de-risking by driving data purges and asking critical questions of product teams. You need customer location maybe but you don’t need to store a history of it.

    I fundamentally do not believe a human can grow up in an A/C world as a youth and later accept the European lifestyle. It would be like asking if I could live in a hut on the prairie and shuttle a little bucket down a well for water. It’s not happening.
