Wasn't the constant attempts to reduce funding to Portland drug addiction support & rehab groups by various conservative groups & politicians who don't even live there, right?

In spite of its issues, the city still has higher employment and median income vs surrounding, less cultured areas around it.

No music, I'm fucking forcing as much gasoline and/or electrons into the motor as the pedal will permit, while planning how to park a little bit away and sneak onto the property quietly.
