i really love how clearly all of the stuff is labeled

everything's installed, time to put it all back together

one cool thing i noticed is that even the small flex cable connecting the midplate to the mainboard is replaceable

not that i'd expect any less from framework, but i guess i've been used to things being much worse

@Andres yeah it's really good

i believe the same goes for the display connector - making it possible to replace the display without even opening the laptop

after an immense amount of fastening it's now all assembled

time to see if it works

fully assembled framework laptop 16, with both the keyboard and trackpad in the middle, and the led matrix modules to both sides of the keyboard
