@TechConnectify I think a lot of troubleshooting comes down to curiosity. “Hmm… that’s interesting, why did it do that?” The act of asking and trying to answer those questions can lead someone down a troubleshooting path.
I don’t know if curiosity can be taught, but it can definitely be extinguished if people aren’t careful.
