@notjustbikes@GarethDennis the level boarding is excellent in Japan because as you said it is just faster and also there’s an accessibility law. The most visible is the yellow block in train stations and streets. Also every station must accommodate wheelchair therefore elevators are added or wheelchair side ramp in stairs are installed. Staff put a tmp ramp (even with level boarding) and a staff is waiting at the destination. Have enough staff helps.
