@liveoverflow don't want either, both are just black boxes that keep track of everything you've done recently on your pc and serve it on a silver platter to hackers. if someone's RAT'd your PC they can just periodically pull Recall data and exfiltrate almost everything effortlessly

@liveoverflow It is hugely overblown if you ask me. If an attacker can read plaintext files on your computer you're already a goner.

And the benefits of it will greatly exceed the downsides for the vast majority of customers.
