@arstechnica Oh it’ll go to the consumers alright…as a permanent additional line item on their bills. “Legal recovery fee” or some other garbage like that.

@arstechnica There goes big government making up new cost of doing business fees after the fact. Oh well. Better add that to the budget for next year: $10m bribe to cover false advertising expense. /s

@arstechnica why don’t they just make them give unlimited access so it would help as advertising implied . Keep the 10m and fix the system, please.

This is the equivalent of me being charged $3.50 for going 80 in a 45 school zone......the odds of me doing it again, almost 100%.
