I am a student and over summer I work in IT in a company where we manage users in a Active Directory. Adding a Ubuntu into a domain it's pretty easy, but I can't say the same for KDE distros like Kubuntu.
I would love, if you make it more Windows compatible to run in a infrastructure that was designed for Windows, but will be adapting also Linux PC/servers.

Enhance your interface for Voice Only or bci controll.
BCR is Brain Computer Interface.
Optimization for Linux on mobile Devices, but i think you have this. Just keep sure not to use the Webengine from Google, Apple or Microsoft. Exceedingly A.I. committed Code.
@kde@kde more desktop effects like in Compiz; mobile devices development (especially a PiM and email suite for smartphones, with sync abilities for dav cal, contacts etc; a decent multi language keyboard for Japanese, ARAB, Chinese...); make KDE lighter.
