Read/ret lead/let -> easy 😜 but how to write "do" I mean it is not a normal spoken "o" and not exactly a "u" like it is a "u" but without (yo)u
Write phonetic is more easy in German, I think, or maybe only because it is my birth language 🤔

Sometimes it is enough to just drain the battery until OS shuts you down and after that let it charge to 100% with no interruptions (best not using the device at that time)

It may need multiple cycles

doing this about once a month should keep the "OS“ of the device (every device with a rechargeable lithium battery (phones, drills, cars, etc.)) calibrated with the actual SoC (state of charge) of the battery.

I’d say the motherboard firmware checks if the battery through those two extra pins you correctly assume to have (there are generally 5 pins). And if the battery is not original it refuses to charge the battery.

You can always boot using power adaptor even without batteries and even on apple laptops 😇

Rolling distros are just great 😍 arch for nerds, endeavourOS for nerds without too much time and Tumbleweed for the latest and greatest but stable and OpenSuse slow roll for even more stability, I guess

That’s why I use endeavourOS: behaves like arch(or is arch) but easy to install and with easy grafic driver management.

I don’t like taskbar designs in general, I prefer the top bar with the menu bar integrated and I don’t like startmenu, that’s why I have fullscreen launcher set up, and well something like a dock that is hiding automatically is handy as well

I always use my usb to phone cable in these situations. Basically any distro has a driver ready to see the phone‘s hotspot network. Saved me a lot of times, lol

😄 I just got a GTX 980 out of pity for free from a friend 🥳 first time 4k60Hz gaming in my live, lol

Now I just need to get wine/proton working. Steam titles already work 😍 but I have not get bottles (installed using yay) to work yet.

I think my main problem was not understanding that I need to do something in Flatseal so that bottles sees the mounted iso correctly. On my new set up, I don’t have installed Flatpak yet, so I’ll try the AUR version first 😇 let’s see if it changes something.
