I'd say that this restriction should be removed. If you want to impose a restriction, restrict it to valid military targets... But this is kinda redundant. Ukranians are not in the habit of targeting schools, hospitals, post offices, more schools and hospitals, DIY centers, coffee houses and other civic centers.

The question is also which companies are complaining. But it does seem like the European defense strategy needs more attention and standardize the militaries.

One type of apc platform, one type of mbt etc etc. but this is all long term.

But you also hear of the excuse making like Germany with the Taurus.. it wil take months to start and then the manufacturer states they can start production next month and include upgrades as well.

But seriously if my neighbor was Russia, I'd start building an anti tank moat, dragons teeth and the option for mines on either side of the moat. Use the potential minefield as farmland till it's needed as minefield. Pillboxes and a network of bunkers.

But review is good I guess. Is it being over diagnosed, or do we really have to rethink stuff because there are loads of people struggling in the construct we have created because they are not neurotypical.

My guess is ADHD is more common than we thought and it needs to get more attention by not only diagnosing and medicating where needed, it also requires other systemic changes to accommodate for ADHD.

Like dyslexia.. on my youth people where just considered slow or stupid.. turns out they had a condition out of their control.

I'd imagine that this is a proper precaution on the side of the Baltics. Having several pre dug fortified defense lines could make the difference.

I can only imagine that the future Russo Ukranian border will look more like that between the Korea's than anything else..

The fact that these countries all had stocks of the exact equipment Ukraine was already using. The EU setup a "buy back" of equipment. Where these countries could donate their equipment to Ukraine and they where reimbursed from an EU fund. This made sure Ukraine could use their existing supply lines and support systems to keep the gear running.
