Dropped in before work and the kids are still there. No cops today though an extremely sleep-deprived volunteer on the ground said the building managers were still grumpy
Everyone on the ground is bonding over how terrifying it is to see them walking back and forth on that narrow ledge. Especially when they have to edge round one of the columns
More people than ever before but not a huge crowd. Got some legal observers and at least one set of parents. No sign of police unless you count the two blokes in bad suits and a cop vibe standing on the other side of the road
“I heard two trans kids had scaled the building so I came along to help out. I was so angry. When night came and the energy went away I decided to stay”
“We deserve to be heard, to be seen, to show that we’re not afraid. To show we won’t back down in the face of oppression any longer”
“For us this is safer than the NHS waiting list. Even on the edge of a fucking building we feel safer here. Surrounded by support and anger we feel loved”
