If anyone has a service manual for an Epson TM-C3500 label printer I'd very much appreciate a copy please.
I bought one on eBay untested (with my fingers crossed) and it turns out it's not a happy bunny.
Print head is clogged, the printer has done the 5 head cleaning cycles it'll let you do and the screen says Service Mode. booo.
[edit: yes I’ve found all the other Googlable manuals. It’s the service manual I’m looking for]
@mattgrayyes My workplace used to have a large format (3ft/~1m wide) inkjet from Epson that occasionally had streaking problems like this. If I remember correctly, we found that the streaks could be improved by pressing the nozzle against a paper towel soaked in isopropyl alcohol and letting it soak for a few hours, then running a nozzle cleaning cycle.
